Providing Health & Social Care in Suffolk

Cambridge Care Company was created in 2006 by experienced care expert, Penny Overy. The aim has and will always be to build a well-trained team who provide the quality of care to others that we would want for ourselves and our family.

Cambridge Care Company – key facts

We have two registered offices, one in Newmarket and one in Haverhill. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and currently have more than 75 staff providing over 2,500 hours of care and support each and every week.

Who we care for

We look after people of all ages – from young people to the elderly – with a range of needs and disabilities. We’re qualified to provide a wide range of specialist care for those with learning disabilities, physical ailments, mental health issues including Alzheimers and dementia and to provide end of life care. Find out more on our specialist training here.

We are recognised by the local authorities as providing an excellent standard of care and, as a result, much of our work is referred by social services, the rest is through word of mouth and recommendations. We are proud that we’ve earned ourselves such a strong reputation and every day we work to maintain and improve on the high standards we’re known for.

A look ahead

As a privately owned business, we have no shareholders to answer to which enables us to focus 100% on what’s best for our clients. We are a growing business but our expansion is carefully managed so that the level of service we provide is not compromised.

We are actively recruiting Health and Social Care professionals and we provide thorough training and assessment for all our staff. Find out more on jobs, recruitment and training here.
