Learning Difficulties

General assistance

We can help with general tasks such as preparing a shopping list, accompanying people on shopping trips and outings or fetching the shopping on their behalf. We can also help with personal affairs such as the payment of utility bills, for example.

Activities

We’ll happily provide one-to-one support to enable our clients to take part in community activities, clubs, work placements and outings. We can accompany clients on trips or holidays too, we’re here to help as and when we’re needed.

Companionship

We can pop by for a cup of tea and a chat. Our sit in service provides our clients with company and support as often as they require. We can arrange to stay overnight if a family member needs to go away and would like someone to be on-hand in their absence.

Respite care

Of course you don’t have to be a full-time client to benefit from our services. We can offer in home respite care too, as and when it’s required. For example, if a family member has to go away for a few days or becomes poorly themselves.
