• We’ll send you a Welcome Pack
  • Service User Guide
  • Statement of Purpose
  • Information on Company
  • Latest CQC Inspection report

• Then we’ll arrange to visit you when we can assess your needs and requirements

• With this information we’ll Create a detailed Care Plan, to include;
  • Assessment
  • Daily tasks
  • Risk assessment of the home
  • Special requirements

• When you have read, agreed and signed this Plan and our Terms and Conditions we will begin providing care

• We’ll check that you’re happy with our service at every stage, including an informal review after 3 months

• And after 6 months we’ll ask you to formally review the care and service provided
