1 to 1 Service

Our one-to-one care service provides dedicated, personalised support tailored entirely to the individual. A consistent carer works closely with the client to deliver support that meets their specific needs, routines and preferences, ensuring continuity, trust and a strong care relationship.

This service is ideal for individuals who require focused support due to complex needs, mobility issues, dementia, or personal preference. One-to-one care promotes safety, independence and emotional wellbeing, allowing individuals to remain comfortable and confident in their own home with care delivered at their pace.

Learning Difficulties

We provide person-centred support for individuals with learning difficulties, enabling them to live as independently and confidently as possible within their own home and community. Our approach focuses on understanding each person’s abilities, communication needs and goals, and delivering care that is respectful, empowering and tailored to the individual.

Support may include assistance with daily living tasks, building life skills, accessing education, employment or community activities, and promoting social inclusion. Our care team is trained to provide consistent, compassionate support that encourages choice, independence and positive outcomes.

Care in an Emergency/Crisis

We understand that care needs can change unexpectedly. Cambridge Care Company can respond quickly in emergency or crisis situations to put short-term or urgent care in place when it is needed most.
